About the role
As our Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be a frontline expert, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with Grunt. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through solutions, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Your proactive approach and problem-solving mindset will help enhance user satisfaction while providing valuable insights to our product and commercial teams.
You'll be a key part of our team, working closely with Product, Client Education, Tech, and Commercial to bridge the gap between users and internal teams. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by refining support processes, advocating for customers, and playing a crucial role in Grunt’s client success strategy.
We will count on you to:
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels and manage support tickets in HubSpot.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Client Education team to improve user training and support materials.
- Escalate complex issues to the Product and Tech teams when needed.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the product and support experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and confidently engage with senior stakeholders when needed.
- Take ownership of your role and the tools you use, driving workflow optimization and building a strong, scalable support function
Who we think you are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or IT helpdesk roles, ideally in B2B software applications.
- You’re skilled in technical troubleshooting and comfortable walking clients through solutions via screen-sharing.
- You have experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or HubSpot).
- You’re fluent in English; Norwegian and additional languages are a plus.
- You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and aren’t afraid to push for solutions when needed.
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
