About the role

As our Deployment Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients to make sure Grunt is deployed smoothly across their enterprise systems. The role focuses on setting up and managing deployment processes, using tools like Intune, and following best practices for large-scale rollouts. You’ll also team up with the commercial team to understand client needs and create solutions that ensure everything integrates seamlessly.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment, where you’ll help shape and improve deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as Grunt continues to grow.

We will count on you to:

Act as the link between sales and technical teams, working closely with commercial teams to identify client deployment needs.

• Collaborate with client IT departments to help them successfully deploy Grunt in their systems, ensuring that the process is efficient and follows best practices.
• Define and build deployment processes, ensuring they are scalable and adaptable as the company grows.
• Work with Intune and Software Center to manage enterprise-level deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment challenges to navigate different systems and environments.
• Work closely with clients to assist with the initial setup and technical onboarding of Grunt at an enterprise level. Providing your expertise to get everything up and running for clients.

Who we think you are: 

You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and work cross-functionally with internal teams.

• You have 3-5 years of experience with deployment, Intune, and Software Centre administration.
• You’re comfortable working directly with clients and IT departments, helping them understand the best ways to deploy our tool within their systems.
• You have experience with Windows, including registry keys and deployment scripts.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot complex deployment challenges.
• You have experience working with enterprise deployments and understand the complexities of integrating applications into existing IT infrastructures.

Nice to have:

• You have experience with IT administration, access management, and the technical aspects of deploying software.
  
• Experience with Azure
  
• Familiarity with security principles.
