About the role

As our Fullstack App Developer, you’ll take a key role in building robust, high-performance desktop applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to set direction, contribute to architecture, and deliver impactful solutions. You’ll help shape our technical roadmap while working with modern frameworks and tools to build the future of data visualization!

We will count on you to:

• Develop and maintain full-stack desktop applications using C#, focusing on performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience across platforms.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical direction, and set goals that influence the overall application.
  
• Contribute to the architectural design of the desktop application, focusing on both frontend and backend components to ensure a coherent and robust solution.
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the entire application stack to maintain high levels of reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  
• Guide and influence technical decisions by proposing new ideas, best practices, and improvements for both the user interface and backend systems.
  
• Document and share knowledge, including architectural insights and technical processes, to enable smooth collaboration and ongoing improvement across the development team.
  
  

Who we think you are: 

• You have 3+ years of experience developing full-stack desktop applications.
• You’re proficient in C# and have strong debugging skills.
• You’re passionate about architecture and actively contribute to setting the technical direction of the project, bringing ideas and solutions to the table in a collaborative team environment.
• You’re a proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.

It’s also nice if you have:

• Familiarity with frameworks like WPF or Avalonia, or are eager to learn if you haven’t used them before.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Reactive/RX or experience optimizing native code in desktop applications.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud services is a plus.
